Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded Marketing Lead with a strong background in project management, digital marketing, and social media. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client objectives and deadlines.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client goals, audience demographics, and industry trends.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and track project progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop cohesive and integrated marketing solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and proactively addressing their needs.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on project management and agency operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
- Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects from concept to execution, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to clients.
