Summary:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Fractional CMO and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in using Go High level, a platform for marketing automation and customer relationship management, along with strong administrative skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Go High level platform to create and manage marketing campaigns, automate processes, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Assist the Fractional CMO in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, and PPC.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, graphics, and advertisements that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Fractional CMO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documents and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is require
  • English Resume is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using Go High level for marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
