As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Fractional CMO and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in using Go High level, a platform for marketing automation and customer relationship management, along with strong administrative skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Go High level platform to create and manage marketing campaigns, automate processes, and analyze performance metrics.
- Assist the Fractional CMO in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, graphics, and advertisements that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the Fractional CMO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documents and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is require

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in using Go High level for marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
