As an E-commerce Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft compelling email content, optimize targeting strategies, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce email marketing, with experience in platforms such as Klaviyo and preferably Mailchimp. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute creatively to email design and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Utilize Klaviyo and Mailchimp platforms to create and manage email campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling email content and creative assets.
- Optimize email targeting and segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce email marketing.
- Participate in client calls, presenting email strategies and campaign results with professionalism and expertise.
- Contribute to the design of email templates and creative assets as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (required) and Mailchimp (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing prior e-commerce email marketing campaigns and examples of strategy and design.
- Experience participating in client calls and presenting marketing strategies.
