Requirements
- Develop new leads and communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide SGS solutions
- Build instant rapport with customers over the phone and be knowledgeable about all SGS service offerings on a technical level
- Manage leads, generate bids, and prepare quotes in accordance with SGS standards
- Use exceptional verbal and written communication skills to discuss SGS capabilities and unique features, benefits and services to customers
- Practice active listening to understand and identify client needs and determine potential opportunities
