LevelUp is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to support their client's global B2B SaaS sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for sales executives.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an SDR, inside sales, appointment-setting, or similar role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Advanced proficiency or first language speaker (native) in English
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Confident phone presence and strong email-writing skills
- Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
- Able to quickly understand and explain key product features and regional differences
- Strong attention to detail when logging activities and updating records
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a metrics-based environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment for making calls
