Paid vacation
You begin accruing PTO immediately during the first calendar year of employment. You will accrue PTO for each month worked. Thereafter, the accrual is based on the number of years of service up to a maximum of 25 days of PTO per year.
Tuition Reimbursement
With advance approval after a 6 month waiting period for full time employees, employees who receive a passing grade will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year for courses or approved degree program related to your work.
Relocation Assistance
Reimbursement packages for relocating employees are available including expenses for house-hunting visits. Relocation specialists help those who desire assistance during the moving process. The extent of reimbursement is decided on a case-by-case basis.
Vision plan
Plan provides you and your family assistance in paying for regular eye exams, glasses and contact lenses. You can choose to receive services from in-network or out-of-network providers. Employee contribution towards coverage varies based on number of people you elect to cover.
Healthcare benefits
Choice of various medical plans for employees and dependents. All plans include prescription coverage through in-network pharmacies for up to a 30-day supply or via mail order for up to a 90-day supply. Employee contribution towards coverage for medical/prescription plan varies by plan.
