ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Architect (Presales) to join their Team. The Technical Architect will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Team within their pre-sales organization, focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in their largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions.

Requirements

15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 8+ years of hands-on technical experience on the ServiceNow platform from either a customer or implementation perspective.
Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred.
Deep platform knowledge and solution design expertise to influence client strategy, to shape large-scale ServiceNow programs, and to lead technical design/roadmap efforts.
