ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Linux System Admin to support its US Federal customers. This role involves administering and operating a cloud infrastructure, contributing to infrastructure as code, and driving automation improvements. The position requires a strong understanding of Linux and a passion for cloud computing.

Requirements

  • Experience with Linux (RedHat/CentOS)
  • 4+ years of Linux experience
  • Experience with performance and availability monitoring, analysis, and configuration management
  • Familiarity with MySQL, Oracle, MariaDB, or similar technologies
  • Expert-level skills in service troubleshooting in a production environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
