Senior Change Manager, Enterprise OKR Program

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the change strategy for the enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of the OKR framework. This role will work alongside senior leadership and cross-functional partners to embed a performance culture rooted in bold thinking, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management
  • Experience in supporting enterprise OKR programs or similar performance management systems
  • Deep understanding of the OKR framework
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure change impact and guide continuous improvement
