The Principal Platform Architect role is a consultative position responsible for helping customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an enterprise architect with a successful track record in management consulting and a strong understanding of technology strategy, governance, data, and solution design.

Requirements

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
3+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology
10+ years large program experience leading architecture and design
2+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience is required
