Septeo's journey began in 2013, born from the vision of Jean-Luc Boixel, Hugues Galambrun, and Philippe Rivière. This initial consolidation laid the groundwork for a future European leader in technology solutions. This partnership fueled further expansion, including the acquisition of Kinaxia in 2021, a real estate expertise company, and Netty, specializing in real estate transaction software. Septeo's commitment to broadening its impact continued with the acquisition of Ymag and Dendreo, leading to the creation of a dedicated Education division in 2024.
