Job Role
We’re recruiting a Communications Coordinator to join our amazing Marketing and Communications team in this brand-new role! This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-starter who can coordinate activity to help the marketing and communications team deliver impactful campaigns that support Seetec to achieve its commercial and operational goals.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Multimedia and Content Manager and support the creation and delivery of written, video and audio content and tell Seetec’s story through various channels such as our intranet (MySeetec), YouTube, social media, and our website to ensure relevance and maximum impact. You’ll also support colleagues by requesting quotes for marketing products, raising purchase orders and talking to suppliers, making travel plans for a team meeting, or compiling social media reports to provide a team with information on how a campaign has performed.
Our successful candidate must be able to prioritise tasks and manage expectations, so we’re looking for excellent organisation skills and superb written and verbal communication skills. Curiosity and motivation to learn more about marketing and communication are key! You’ll interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds, so it would be advantageous to have direct experience working with customers on large-scale contracts, and an ability to help them tell their stories.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £30,000 to £33,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with administration and analytics.
- Help produce informative and engaging content for our digital channels including video, photos, webinars, podcasts.
- Schedule social media posts and monitoring engagement.
- Ensure content is up to date and removed once expired.
- Coordinating events, online and in-person, that support the goals of the marketing and communications team.
- Keeping the marketing diary up to date.
- Acting as a ‘brand ambassador’ to promote the correct use of Seetec brands among colleagues. This includes maintaining brand assets including logos, visual style, photography and the written style guide.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and curiosity about the value of marketing and communication in achieving business goals.
- Experience in developing strong relationships
- Experience prioritizing tasks and managing expectations
- Highly organized, demonstrating a high level of initiative to ensure deadlines are met.
Desirable
- Prior experience in a marketing or communications role
- A knowledge of social media, content creation and scheduling processes
- An understanding of presenting statistical data to several different audiences
