SUMMARY
TheInside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales team, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process. This role is responsible for quote creation, RFP submission, and ongoing coordination with internal teams and vendor partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and relationship management skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support
• Assist the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and sales support to prospective and existing customers.
• Support deal progression by coordinating pricing, documentation, and follow-ups.
Vendor Partner Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendor partners.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, product details, and technical or commercial support.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions to ensure competitive and favorable agreements.
Quote Creation & Management
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to ensure pricing accuracy and completeness.
• Track quote status and follow up to help convert opportunities into closed sales.
RFP Management
• Manage the RFP process end-to-end, including requirements gathering and coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure proposals are completed accurately, professionally, and submitted on time.
• Follow up on submitted RFPs to address questions or clarifications from prospects.
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
Reporting & Analysis
• Track sales activities and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
Requirements
·Minimum 3+years of experience in inside sales or a similar sales support role.
·Strongunderstanding of IT products and services.
·Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
·Provenability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·Proficiencyin CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Strongattention to detail and organizational skills.
·Ability towork independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
