Senior Web Program Manager

Samsara is seeking a Senior Web Program Manager to oversee multiple interconnected web projects and drive complex digital initiatives. The role combines advanced program management expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver high-impact programs. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US, with working hours in the Pacific time zone and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across a variety of time zones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience at a digital agency and/or internal digital department with a primary focus on digital
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Google Sheets) and experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes to increase efficiency
• Experience working in a digital agency and/or internal digital department where high-quality results are required
• Strong understanding of the digital production process, timelines, and scoping requirements
• Experience launching digital solutions, including ongoing analysis and continuous product improvements
• Working knowledge of the technical software development process and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and presentation
• Ability to work effectively with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other external suppliers
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles and risks in partnership with teams and stakeholders
