Kami sedang mencari seorang profesional di bidang Urusan Pemerintah dan Kebijakan Publik untuk mendukung urusan pemerintah Salesforce di Indonesia. Individu tersebut akan membantu melaksanakan strategi politik dan kebijakan kami, membantu pekerjaan Salesforce dengan asosiasi industri; membantu tim sektor publik kami, menavigasi masalah peraturan dan memberikan dukungan lain yang diperlukan dan melapor kepada Direktur Urusan Pemerintah, ASEAN.

Kegiatan/Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengelola kontak dengan para pemberi pengaruh utama: pejabat terpilih dan pejabat pemerintah, para pemimpin industri.

  • Mewakili Salesforce di hadapan pemerintah, asosiasi perdagangan, lembaga pemikir, dan koalisi industri.

  • Melakukan analisis terhadap isu-isu politik dan peraturan yang perlu diadvokasi oleh Salesforce, dan mengembangkan pengajuan kebijakan publik.

  • Bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi - Hukum, Penjualan, Sektor Publik, Real Estat, Humas, Pemasaran, Trailhead, Teknik, Keamanan, Kepatuhan, dll., untuk mengembangkan posisi kebijakan yang mendukung multi-tenant, komputasi awan publik, perangkat lunak perusahaan, dan lain-lain, di seluruh Indonesia.

  • Merencanakan, mengkoordinasikan, dan melaksanakan, bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi dan konsultan eksternal, acara-acara terkait Urusan Pemerintah dan Kebijakan Publik yang melibatkan para pemimpin eksternal dengan Salesforce.

Keahlian/Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  • Komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang sangat baik

  • Pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang mendalam tentang proses pembuatan kebijakan di seluruh Indonesia, dan keinginan untuk memahami dan mempelajari kebijakan teknologi

  • Pengalaman bekerja di lingkungan pemerintahan dan/atau urusan pemerintahan, pengetahuan yang baik tentang protokol pemerintah dan hubungan pemerintah di pasar

  • Pengalaman dalam mengembangkan / mempresentasikan posisi kebijakan publik di hadapan pemerintah atau pemangku kepentingan utama lainnya

  • Kemampuan untuk bekerja di lingkungan yang bergerak cepat dan kemampuan untuk bepergian

  • Keterampilan/Pengalaman yang Diinginkan

  • Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan berinisiatif, namun 100% mengabdi kepada tim

  • Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan multinasional atau perusahaan teknologi

We are seeking a Government Affairs and Public Policy professional to support Salesforce’s government affairs in Indonesia. The individual will help execute our political and policy strategy, assist with Salesforce work with industry associations; help our public sector team, navigate regulatory issues and provide other support as required and report into the Director of Government Affairs, ASEAN.

Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Manage contacts with key influencers: elected and government officials, industry leaders.

  • Represent Salesforce before government, trade associations, think-tanks, and industry coalitions.

  • Conduct analysis of political and regulatory issues that need to be advocated by Salesforce, and develop public policy submissions.

  • Work with a cross-functional team — Legal, Sales, Public Sector, Real Estate, PR, Marketing, Trailhead, Engineering, Security, Compliance, etc., to develop policy positions supporting multi-tenant, public cloud computing, enterprise software, among others, across Indonesia.

  • Plan, co-ordinate and executive, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external consultants, Government Affairs and Public Policy related events that engage external leaders with Salesforce.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Deep knowledge and experience of the policy-making process across Indonesia, and a desire to understand and learn technology policy

  • Experience working in government and/or government affairs environment, good knowledge of respective government protocol and government relations in market

  • Experience in developing/presenting public policy positions before government or other key stakeholders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to travel

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, yet 100% devoted to the team

  • Experience working at a multinational company or a technology company

  • "Intrapreneur”, creator, humble & confident leader, multi-cultural professional

  • Interest to work with people across different departments and organizations
