The EMEA Executive Office reports into Salesforce President & CRO, EMEA and leads strategic customer engagement across our EMEA region, as we continue to grow and strengthen our largest and most transformational customer relationships. Together with the CoS and EA, we develop and execute the executive coverage model across EMEA Horizon Accounts in close collaboration with the CCO and the SF EMEA Advisory Board, act as the SPOC for all VIP HQ executive engagements, and report and optimise exec. engagement processes across the region. The office works closely together with the CCO, COO and Marketing Leader for EMEA as well as the Operating Unit (OU) leaders to deliver value and impact for our customers.
The candidate can be based out of any of our hubs in Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, or Remote.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Chief of Staff to the EMEA CRO across CxO account engagements, executive engagement strategies, and impact reporting.
* Drive the EMEA exec. sponsorship program for EMEA Horizons and EMEA Top 30 accounts, working closely with the EMEA CCO on selected accounts to drive big-deal motions
* Support the EMEA President’s customer engagement strategy and execution together with EMEA President’s CoS, incl. developing and executing exec. sponsorship strategy and quarterly reporting of exec. engagements
* Support all VIP HQ-driven EMEA executive engagements that involve the EMEA President and collaborate closely with the EMEA marketing
Support the EMEA Advisory Board Leader and our advisors on top 30 account engagements, incl. Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) preparations and execution with account team and Salesforce ELT
Support quarterly EMEA advisory board meeting incl. content alignment, coordination with OU leaders/CoS, and execution of agreed next steps as well as Advisory Board event preparation (e.g. Dreamforce, World Tours) with EMEA Advisory Board leader, incl. content & speaker alignment and executive briefings
Ideal Profile:
- Consultancy background preferred
- Strong presentation, project management and analytical skills
- Good communicator and collaborator (e.g. with EMEA CoS, EAs, Account Teams and EMEA Advisory Board Leader)
- Ability to work with global account teams to drive big deal motions and executive sponsorship
- Ability to work in a prioritised manner
- Knowledge of available SF solutions preferred
- English language required. German/French/Spanish/Dutch are a plus
