  • Pipeline Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate high-accuracy new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.

  • Market Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Taiwanese business culture and commercial habits to build trust and navigate local business environments effectively.

  • AE Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and ensure seamless handovers of qualified opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Inside Sales teams in Japan and regional teams to maximize business opportunities across borders.

Career Path & Growth:

The Salesforce Sales Development team is an incubator for future sales leaders. This role offers a clear path for career advancement.

  • Progression: After gaining 1–2 years of experience and demonstrating success, BDRs typically progress to Account Executive (AE) roles or other advanced sales positions.

  • Skill Development: You will refine your professional sales skills in a world-class environment, preparing you to become a top-tier sales professional in the IT industry.

Requirements:

Essential (Must Have)

  • B2B Sales Experience: 4–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (specifically with intangible products/services/solutions).

  • New Business Development: 3+ years of direct experience in "hunting" or new business acquisition.

  • Goal Oriented: A strong desire to achieve targets and the resilience to overcome challenges (a "refuse to lose" mindset).

  • Logical Communication: Ability to think logically and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Taiwan Market Proficiency: Deep understanding of the Taiwan market, business practices, and culture.

  • Language: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin, Business English: Ability to communicate in English is a strong plus.
