Python Software Engineer

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to drive innovation and operational excellence within our OEM operations space. The successful candidate will develop new software solutions to enhance our capabilities in meeting client requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization; experience with Oracle databases preferred
• Familiarity with version control systems and source control practices
• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Understanding of containerization concepts
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and familiarity with managing infrastructure programmatically (experience with infrastructure as code tools is advantageous)
• Understanding of software design principles: Object-Oriented vs. Functional design, Imperative vs. Declarative programming, and design patterns
• Experience contributing to large software projects from inception to completion
• Familiarity with unit testing and following coding best practices
• Experience or a strong interest in working with Gen AI technologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
