The Raytheon Functional Finance Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) FP&A team has an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to help support our Security organization alongside the Finance lead by managing their annual indirect expense budget and assigned CER Pools. This person will partner with the Security, HR and central OSC FP&A to track indirect expense and hiring against forecast. This role actively engages in monthly forecasting processes, and quarterly EACs, as well as the AOP and LRP processes and has significant visibility within OSC Security. Individual must be highly motivated with strong communication and organizational skills. This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).
What You Will Do:
Be a key contributor for the coordination, reporting and analysis of Security’s Indirect spend alongside of Security Finance Team lead.
Analyze monthly performance vs forecasts through timely analysis and communicate results to OSC FP&A and Security LT using standard company tools and processes.
Coordinate staffing plans with stakeholders including both Indirect and Direct headcounts and CER Pools.
Continue to work process improvements from both an analysis and reporting perspective.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of applicable experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel (prefer experience working with large amounts of data).
Qualifications We Prefer:
Possess strong communication and organizational skills; must be comfortable speaking in small groups and maintaining easily trackable revision scenarios.
Inquisitive (and acts on it) with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Experience in process efficiency and improvement.
Experience in program finance: Program analyst, earned value management, Estimate at Complete (EACs).
Experience with financial systems (SAP and BW, etc.)

This position is grade P2, Senior Analyst, FP&A
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
