The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

Your opportunity:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you understand the impactthe Recruiting function has on Roche’s ability to deliver transformative medicines to patients.

You act as a Roche ambassador in every interaction you have, embedding our values Integrity, Passion & Courage in the way you work.

You manage a portfolio of positions located in Switzerland. You strongly collaborate with hiring managers and leaders located around the globe, at all levels of seniority.

You have a diverse set of activities. You:

• Autonomously identify hiring strategies that serve the needs of hiring managers and of Roche as a whole. You keep abreast of market dynamics and you embed market trends in how you shape your hiring strategies. You confidently sell Roche’s value proposition with passive and active candidates.

• Coach managers/leadersto turn them into great hiring managers. You partner with them to architect a solid hiring process that guarantees the best hiring decision for Roche

• Utilize tech tools with grace. You process applications in a timely manner within our ATS, you keep candidates up to date. You embed tech enhancements in your daily work

• Skillfully work with all HR stakeholders to leverage the capabilities in our network and ensure a great end to end candidate and hiring manager experience
