Yelp is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work remotely in the Western Region of the US. The role involves educating small business owners about Yelp's advertising platform and hitting monthly quotas.
Requirements
- GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR; Bachelor’s Degree
- No fear of the phone and prepared to make a high volume of outbound dials, daily
- General computer and email proficiency - we use Google Suite and provide a Macbook laptop
- A work environment free of distractions
- Open to feedback and willing to implement for areas of improvement
- Strong, engaging interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight
