Reveal HealthTech is an early-stage healthcare IT startup operating in the U.S. and India. We’re on a mission to empower our clients by removing technology as a constraint to healthcare innovation. We are currently seeking a Sales Director to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales strategy and revenue growth.
As the Sales Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, expanding existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, driving the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Report sales performance and provide insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare or AI/ML industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Willingness to travel as needed
