RESPEC seeks an experienced Process Engineer to join our Surface Facilities team.
The mid-level Process Engineer will support a diverse portfolio of energy development and operational projects. This role primarily focuses on the midstream and downstream energy sectors, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and business professionals. As a Process Engineer, you’ll contribute to both surface and subsurface infrastructure projects, applying engineering expertise in areas such as system design, process evaluation and optimization, hydraulic analysis, and project implementation. This role is also responsible for business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will partner closely with clients and internal project teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and practical solutions that meet technical, budgetary, and schedule requirements.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5-15 years of engineering experience relevant to the key responsibilities given
- Strong foundation in engineering principles and their real-world application
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in engineering software and programming tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Python, Latex)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with sound judgment
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
