How You’ll Drive Success
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Evaluate current processes across departments (PMO, Product, Commercial, Operations, and Corporate) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document workflows using process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, swim lane diagrams).
- Create scalable, standardized process frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Implementation & Change Management
- Support the rollout and adoption of new and improved processes across the organization.
- Conduct knowledge transfer, training, and communication sessions to drive adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for process guidance and compliance.
- Identify risks and change impact, collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate challenges.
Data-Driven Performance Evaluation
- Develop, define, and gain approval for key performance indicators to measure improvement outcomes for implemented process changes.
- Use metrics and data analytics to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct process health assessments to determine scalability and long-term sustainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely across all departments as needed, facilitate working sessions, interviews, and requirements gathering to support optimized solutions.
- Ensure process design supports Agile methodologies and organizational scalability.
Documentation & Governance
- Develop detailed documentation including Process maps, RACI charts, Standard operating procedures (SOPs), Checklists, templates, and guidelines.
- Maintain and contribute to a centralized process documentation library.
Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to eliminate waste and streamline workflows.
- Lead root-cause analyses using methods such as Five Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA.
- Recommend system automation or technology enhancements to support efficiency.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the project management framework and processes.
The Talents We’re Seeking
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Process, Operations, or related field required.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in process design, continuous improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence.
- Experience in software, engineering, technology, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments or supporting PMO operations is a plus.
Required Skills
- Expertise in process optimization methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with process mapping standards.
- Ability to manage multiple process efforts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Miro, Microsoft Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
