Requirements
- Degreed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- 3-10 yrs experience working for a national manufacturing or production operation
- Strong technical understanding of plant utility systems
- Ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities
- Strong user of Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of AutoCAD drafting software and Microsoft Project scheduling software
- Experience in directing, leading, and influencing a cross-functional team of technical and non-technical professionals
- Passionate about personal development, goal setting, goal achievement
