Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team as an independent contributor. This role will play a critical part in driving end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, shaping TA strategy, removing hiring bottlenecks, and ensuring timely role closures.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in overseas and offshore hiring for remote teams, proactively partner with stakeholders on requirement gathering, and continuously suggest process improvements to the HR Manager. Prior experience working with Australian or overseas clients will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Screening & InterviewsLead and conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from requirement intake to offer closure.
Conduct in-depth screening and interview rounds for technical positions.
Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, technical competencies, and cultural alignment.
Ensure high-quality assessment using structured hiring frameworks and best practices.
Lead and conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from requirement intake to offer closure.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & OwnershipAct as an independent contributor in the team, owning multiple roles simultaneously and driving them to closure.
Partner closely with the HR Manager and stakeholders for requirement gathering, role calibration, and hiring priorities.
Identify and remove recruitment bottlenecks to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
Proactively suggest TA strategies, sourcing approaches, and process optimizations.
Support workforce planning and pipeline-building initiatives for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Act as an independent contributor in the team, owning multiple roles simultaneously and driving them to closure.

Use calling and communication platforms confidently for candidate engagement and interviews.
Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and recruitment data hygiene.
Own and actively manage recruitment workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — Zoho Recruit preferred.
