Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment within fast-paced international environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
- High attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance
- Genuine interest in improving employee and candidate experiences
- Experience in onboarding and general HR tasks is a plus
- EOR (Employment of Record) experience is a plus
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
