RemoFirst is looking for a Customer Success Manager to advise and guide customers through the global employment process, support onboarding, and proactively resolve issues. The role involves developing customer health and retention strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving growth and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success, with a background in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support/Customer Success related roles, ideally in a SaaS platform business.
  • Experience working in global HR, Payroll or Global Mobility.
