📋 Role Overview

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Implement sustainable operating rhythms within the executive teamCalendar Management: Meticulously manage executives' calendars, scheduling and proactively planning to prevent last-minute chaos
• Event Coordination: Lead, drive, and execute various team events and offsite meetings, including venue selection, logistics management, and procurement.
• Administrative Support: Assist in creating slide decks, meeting agendas, and reviewing work on behalf of executives.
• Personal support: Work with the CEO for scheduling family vacations, personal appointments and arrangements with professional discretion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse individuals at all levels across the organization and time zones.
• Special Projects: Assist with special assignments/projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience supporting executives or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Google Apps,OSX, Notion and video conferencing tools.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
• Openness to flexible working hours.
