The Role:
We're on the lookout for an adept Senior Brand Designer/Art Director with a mastery of Holistic Brand Design. We seek a design strategist who can conceptualize brand experiences and effectively lead and inspire a team of creatives to deliver impactful brand designs to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Collaborate with your design team to cultivate innovative and conceptual ideas that can be translated into holistic design solutions.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic designs maintain consistency with the brand's style, voice, and objectives. This includes adhering to brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and overall tone, showcasing brands across Corporate & Brand Identity, Point of Sale Packaging, Digital/Social Media, and the 360-degree sphere.
Leadership: Operate with a high degree of autonomy and support your team's professional and personal growth. Organize and oversee workshops and photoshoots.
Presentations: Craft and deliver internal and external presentations (PowerPoint), confidently communicating internal projects and presenting outcomes to clients.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Brand/Brand Designer, demonstrating excellence in strategy, conceptualization, and global brand management.
Creative Ability: Exhibit strong creative and artistic skills to translate concepts and ideas into engaging and dynamic visual content.
Leadership: Possess experience in personnel and team leadership, with confidence in client servicing. Bring enthusiasm and teamwork skills to successfully tackle daily challenges.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with the creative team and clients.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, as well as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with tools like Canva & Figma is advantageous. Display cross-media understanding and a keen eye for typography, colors, and imagery.
Understanding of Social Media: Showcase knowledge of various social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
Understanding of Marketing: Possess a basic understanding of marketing principles and how designs contribute to overall marketing and branding strategies.
Time Management: Exhibit the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
