Flight3 is part of the wider Flight Story group, and we sit on the edge of innovation and disruption in marketing. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious designer with knowledge of Web3 and Blockchain to join the Flight3 team.

The Role
As a Designer at Flight3, you will be a creative powerhouse responsible for crafting graphic design assets, shaping brand identities, and collaborating closely with the animation and UX/UI teams. This role requires a skilled designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, a good understanding of brand strategy, and a passion for delivering visually stunning and impactful designs across various platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our client's projects and internal initiatives, ensuring they resonate with audiences and drive success.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Branding:

• Conceptualize and create visually captivating graphic design assets for web, print, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Lead the development and execution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements.
• Collaborate with the animation team to create engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and animations.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to align visual design concepts with user-centered design principles.

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrable professional experience as a Graphic or Multidisciplinary Designer, with a focus on brand development and marketing design.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic design assets across various digital and print platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools, including Figma.
• Experience in collaborating with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive design experiences.

Graphic Design and Creativity:

• Exceptional graphic design skills, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.
• Ability to bring creative ideas to life and effectively communicate visual concepts to stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in creating visual narratives and storytelling through design elements.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in creating 3D graphics and animations.
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their integration into design projects.
• Previous experience working in a marketing or design agency setting.

In addition, all candidates must supply access to a portfolio of their work in a PDF of not more than 10mb.
