We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive our Card Issuing product strategy and execution with partners, expanding our card product offerings and delivering best-in-class experiences for our customers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Product Strategy, or General / Product Management
- Background working in a payments field with a preference for experience in card issuing and/or international money movement
- Experience sourcing, closing and managing product partnerships
- Clear communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Drive to execute with speed
- Experience defining user-friendly product experiences in collaboration with product and technical teams
- Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
- Strong negotiation skills with familiarity on payments-related revenue models
