Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

Those in IT quality management at PwC will focus on enabling the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services through effective quality assurance processes and methodologies. You will be responsible for implementing quality standards, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in IT systems and processes.

The Opportunity

As part of the Quality team you are expected to manage the quality and acceptance of vendor testing deliverables on large and complex software development, infrastructure, SaaS and/or Cloud solutions. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to contribute to thought leadership on testing tools, test automation, methodology, performance testing and practices to support quality assurance in a continuous delivery model.

Responsibilities

- Manage quality and acceptance of vendor testing deliverables
- Lead large and complex software development projects
- Innovate processes to maintain operational excellence
- Interact with clients at a strategic level to drive project success
- Contribute to thought leadership on testing tools and methodologies
- Support quality assurance in a continuous delivery model
- Assure standards in performance testing and practices
- Oversee the implementation of testing automation

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 6 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred

- Foundations Certification preferred

- Leading test methodologies and business application integration
- Managing overall testing effort and project testing strategy
- Contributing to thought leadership on testing tools and practices
- Improving quality of delivery and business benefits
- Managing vendor testing deliverables on complex solutions
- Designing test cases and analyzing test results

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
