NCQA Accreditation Program Manager - Remote

NCQA Accreditation Program Manager leads the strategic planning, documentation, and compliance activities required to achieve and maintain National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation. The Program Manager drives survey readiness, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the organizational compliance with NCQA standards. They are also accountable for supporting or leading key initiatives under the scope of the program, and is responsible for conducting cross-functional governance activities to convene internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of NCQA standards, health plan operations and performance measurement.

This position works 100% remote and is open to candidates residing in:

  • Oregon
  • SW Washington

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 continuous years of experience in healthcare or health plan quality management, quality improvement, or project management
  • 3 years Related experience working in, or with a managed care organization or clinical setting in a managed environment
  • 3 years Experience in project management or program management
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning, development and evaluation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or 7 continuous years of experience in healthcare or health plan quality management, quality improvement, or project management.

  • Experience in quality management principles, tools, and techniques

Salary Range by Location:

Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $45.14, Max: $70.07

Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $45.14, Max: $70.07
