Retirement Plan
AdventHealth maintains an excellent retirement plan for eligible employees, called the Adventist Healthcare Retirement Plan (AHRP), which provides for employer cash contributions and matching for employee contributions.
Health Coverage
Employees of AHU receive healthcare benefits from the integrated delivery system of AdventHealth which are subject to change from year to year. New team members are eligible for health, medical and dental coverage from day one.
Tuition Benefit
Full-time AHU staff and their immediate family members are eligible to enroll in undergraduate classes at AHU with tuition and required fees waived. Full-time employees are eligible for tuition and required fees for MHA courses.
Student Loan Repayment Assistance
Available for Benefit-Eligible Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members Working in a Direct Patient Care Department. Full-time team members can request up to $200 per month, and part-time team members up to $100 per month to repay student loans.
