As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will execute the Human Capital strategy through a full range of HR duties to help drive achievement of company goals that ensure we deliver high quality care to each patient and support to their caregivers. In this position you will serve as a true generalist; you will provide services to your assigned clients at every stage of the Team Member journey. You will serve as an advisor to your assigned partners and to the leaders in Human Capital.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Partners with our Talent Acquisition team to track and report on open positions, help manage the position requisition and posting process, and launches and monitors onboarding tasks to ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Advises, coaches, and counsels managers and employees on employee relations issues to promote positive relationships between managers and employees (minimizing legal risk and supporting company values).

· Partners and/or coaches leaders to create and deliver action plans that will have a direct impact on employee retention and engagement.

· Works with leaders to create and revise job descriptions when business needs dictate.

· Research market compensation and advise leaders on strategy to engage and retain the best talent.

· Assists in the preparation and delivery of Human Capital and Benefits new hire orientation.

· Assists in the planning and execution of strategic HR projects, programs, and initiatives.

· Helps develop, drive and foster a culture in which employees are engaged, motivated and feel appreciated.

Required Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree and six years of human resource experience, or combination of relevant experience.

· Ability to influence through strong relationships, and manage multiple partners.

· Ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.

· Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

· Ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities.

· Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

· Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master's degree in human resource management or healthcare management preferred.

· HRCI (PHR or SPHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
