You: An entrepreneurial, determined, and action-oriented problem-solver ready to take on the role of our first Participant Panel Manager. This highly collaborative role is central to crafting and executing innovative acquisition playbooks for our amazing participants, who are what makes Prolific tick. The successful candidate will act across the company to generate and operationalize initiatives, processes, and approaches for taking our participant pool to new depths and heights, working in close partnership with Marketing and Data to ensure its health and with Product to optimise the pool's onboarding, engagement, and utilisation.

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who embodies entrepreneurial spirit, excels in a collaborative environment, isn’t afraid to “pick up the phone”, “do things that don’t scale”, and solve never-solved-before problems. We’re open to a range of backgrounds; you may possess a skill set in one or more of: operations, partnerships, project management, recruitment, and/or panel management. You’ll sit within our Client Services Team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and executing incoming customer briefs, ensuring feasibility and delivery through our existing panel and identifying new segment acquisition and diversification where necessary
  • Initiating and managing both ad-hoc and long-term partnerships across diverse geographies to extend Prolific’s reach and enhance participant pool diversity, including collaborations with other panel providers, local agencies, and existing partners
  • In conjunction with your Marketing counterparts, doing things that don’t scale: giving our flyers on campuses, signing dentists up at dentistry conferences, liaising with TikTok influencers, etc
  • Converting complexity into clarity, transforming ad-hoc initiatives into standardised playbooks for establishing and managing our participant pool
  • Fostering strong collaborative relationships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Services Teams to swiftly respond to current needs and proactively address potential future scaling requirements

Our Interview Process

Talent Call - You'll meet with one of our Talent team and have an exploratory call about the role requirements, life at Prolific, as well as your background and aspirations.

Hiring Manager Interview - You'll interview with two members of the team, one of which will be the hiring manager. You'll have the opportunity to ask about the company and the role, and we'll ask you questions about your experiences and goals.

Panel Interview - We'll hold a panel interview that evaluates skills required for the role. You'll meet with more of our team and may be asked to complete a presentation or task. You'll be compensated with a £50 voucher 💰 for completing the task because we know your time is valuable!

Final Interview - We will deep dive into your past experiences, goals, motivations, and skills all aligned to our Prolific Principles. You'll speak with two to three members of the team and - as always - have an opportunity to ask questions about the role and company.
