THE POSITION

We are looking for a Brand Creative Lead to define and execute the visual soul of our portfolio of brands. You will sit at the intersection of design, data, and technology. You will champion our brand voice, manage external creative talent, and pioneer the use of Generative AI to produce high-quality creative assets at speed. You are a builder, a tester, and a strategist who believes that great design must drive measurable response.

WHAT YOU DO

As part of the marketing team you will help guide the creative approach of our brands. You will be helping to set the creative strategy while designing and testing new creative approaches to formulate a winning strategy. While the majority of work will be directed via the marketing team, you’ll act as the marketing creative liaison working alongside the product team to build out our digital creative library. In addition, you will be leaning into how AI can create efficiency without losing control of our brand soul, saving time and resources in the development of new approaches.

Creative Strategy & Brand Stewardship

  • Own the Vision: Set the creative strategy and visual identity across our two primary brands, ensuring adherence to the distinct personalities for each, while maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Brand Alignment: Translate high-level business goals into compelling visual narratives. Ensure each asset supports the brand mission.

  • Consistency: Act as the "gatekeeper" of quality, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual tone across all campaigns, web pages and channels.

Execution & Production

  • Hands-On Creation: Personally develop and execute creative assets using a mix of traditional design software and advanced AI toolsets. You will be the internal expert on integrating AI into the creative workflow and building repeatable internal systems to reduce our reliance on external resources.

  • Multi-Channel Deployment: Develop creative for a wide ecosystem, including: Website (UI/UX visuals), Email Marketing (Design & HTML), Paid Media (Social & Display), Print collateral (Sales support)

  • External Management: Manage and direct external designers and agencies. You will define the standard and ensure their output hits the mark every time.

Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Testing Strategy: Move beyond "subjective" design. Own the creative testing roadmap (A/B testing), constantly iterating to optimize for response, click-throughs, and conversion.

  • Brief Management: Master the creative brief process. You will own the lifecycle from intake and interpretation to strategy and final execution, ensuring stakeholders feel heard and creatives feel inspired.

  • Team Advisory: Partner with product, and sales teams to advise on the most effective creative approaches for their specific channels.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Experience&Background

  • 7+ years experience of helping brands build creative identities, creative development and campaign support.

  • Service-Brand Governance: Proven experience leading creative for service-based brands, translating intangible value into clear visual storytelling, and creating/enforcing brand guidelines (visual identity rules, tone alignment, usage do’s/don’ts) consistently across channels.

  • Multi-Medium Fluency: Deep technical experience across various mediums, including Web design, HTML5, Video/Motion Graphics, Illustration, and Photography.

  • Data-Driven Design: Experience interpreting performance data and translating analytics into design improvements. You don't just ask "Does it look good?" you ask "Did it work?"

  • Deep experience in developing channel based creative, particularly social platforms.

TheAI &InnovationEdge

  • AI Native: You possess a strong passion for AI development. You are experienced in prompting and utilizing tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway Gen-2, Adobe Firefly, or similar to augment workflows.

  • Curiosity: A deep personal interest in art and technology. You likely have personal creative projects where you experiment with new tech.

  • Best practices: Strong grasp of industry best practices for performance creative (platform specs, accessibility-conscious design, and conversion-focused layout patterns).

Leadership&SoftSkills

  • Brief Translation: Exceptional ability to distill complex, messy requirements into clear, conceptual creative briefs that stakeholders understand and designers love to work on.

  • Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to defend creative choices using logic and strategy.

Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection thatmeet our minimum requirements.
