Your role:
Leads sales operations by setting objectives, delegating work, and continuously reviewing performance to ensure operational success and efficiency.
Focuses on operational consistency, and the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Drives strategic plans that enable growth and market expansion through optimized processes, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Oversees sales tools and contract lifecycle management, ensuring proper system selection, integration, optimization, and full compliance to mitigate risk and support productivity.
Manages talent and resources by directing staffing, performance management, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
Your skills include a high level of time management experience while working with multiple account managers and business units.
You have a bachelor's degree.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an excellent communicator who excels in environments requiring collaboration with executives. Travel up to 30% is required.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $112,500 to $180,000 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
