Lead Full Stack Developer (AI-Native | Python + TypeScript)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead to build and scale modern applications where AI is a core product capability.

You'll lead both system design and engineering execution—shipping AI-powered features while guiding how the team uses AI tools to build efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead development of full-stack systems (Python + React/Angular)
• Design and ship AI-powered features (LLMs, RAG, agents)
• Build and scale APIs and backend services
• Make key decisions on architecture, tools, and AI model usage
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across systems
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
• Guide the team in using AI tools to improve development speed and quality

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years full-stack experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong backend skills in Python (Django/FastAPI)
• Strong frontend experience in TypeScript (React or Angular)
• Experience building and scaling APIs and distributed systems
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Track record of shipping AI features in production (LLMs, RAG, or similar)
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)

AI Experience

• Experience integrating AI APIs into real applications
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, or similar patterns
• Comfortable using AI tools to support development workflows
• Awareness of common AI limitations and risks

Nice to Have

• Experience with model tuning or open-source AI tools
• Exposure to AI monitoring or analytics tools
