The Sales Enablement team works hand-in-hand with revenue leaders and reps to provide them with the necessary learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and achieve success. By collaborating closely with the sales and revenue teams, the chosen Growth Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, data-driven solutions that can transform the sales and client process. The success of these solutions will be measured based on their overall impact on the business and the level of cross-functional collaboration achieved.
Some Things You Will Do:
- Work with Revenue Enablement leadership to understand the business requirements across GTM functions to develop impactful enablement solutions aligned with company revenue objectives.
- Work primarily with New Business Sales and Account Management teams while coordinating closely with Marketing, Services, Product, Operations, and CS Enablement teams to deliver revenue onboarding curriculum and ongoing skill development programs.
- Design and implement the highest value-added content and training for all revenue teams and ensure that the materials and assets are maintained in a knowledge base.
- Review GTM content and ensure accuracy and relevance from a Sales perspective to align with Perceptyx's sales process and activities.
- Drive sales effectiveness initiatives, such as new product enablement, pricing and packaging, customer journey processes, and more
- Work in partnership with Product and Product Marketing to sustain a robust understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, and market segments through primary and secondary research.
- Build a trusted relationship with internal sales executives and subject matter experts
- Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure strong collaboration and communication on GTM activities.
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
- Lead live workshops and enablement sessions during onsite GTM events, such as Sales Kick-Off and Mid-Year meetings.
- Work with Revenue Enablement leadership to develop sales enablement metrics to track and plans to execute.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communications or similar), or equivalent experience
- 3+ years sales experience in SaaS industry.
- Prior inside or outside sales experience preferred.
- Working with sales systems such as Salesforce.com, Confluence, Gong, Docebo, Showpad, and Outreach.
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.
- Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience building high-impact sales enablement content.
- Solid presentation skills required.
- Experience with formal sales methodologies including ValueSelling, Miller Heiman, Challenger Sale or MEDDPICC.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
- Willingness to work in a scaling environment and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation✨ Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
