What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales to identify the best near-term opportunities in your territory
  • Be aggressive and creative at forming relationships with prospects primarily in HR leaderships roles
  • Be considered a thought leader across your territory in market trends and behaviors
  • Take the lead on all sales activity, including RFI’s, RFP’s, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assemble the right team for any presentations/phone calls with the prospect and work with local team to review messaging, approach, pricing, and customer goals
  • Introduce the right team members at the right time throughout the sales process
  • Take the lead on all contracting, term, and pricing negotiations while working with relevant parties across legal, operations, and product. Achieve (or over achieve) all quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong 12-month rolling pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of driving new business sales and a track record of achieving quota goals
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
  • Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals
  • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think strategically, understand market trends, and identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities simultaneously
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using it to make data-driven decisions and develop sales strategies
  • Domain experience: Knowledge and experience in the UK, Benelux, and Nordic markets with a keen understanding of the HR tech space
  • Available to travel for up to 20-30% of the time
