We currently have a career opportunity for a Salesforce Lead Business Consultant with Experience Cloud. This is a remote position, and candidates can live anywhere in the US but will typically need to work Eastern standard hours.
Job Overview:
The Salesforce Lead Business Analyst provides functional leadership and best practices on the Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on Experience Cloud.
- Design, Develop, and Maintain Metrics Dashboards: The Lead Business Analyst creates and maintains company-wide, team-specific, and individual dashboard metrics. These dashboards help track performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- System Maintenance and Optimization: They establish and implement best practices for system maintenance and optimization. This includes configuration development, testing, data integrity, and backups.
- Consultation with Business Stakeholders: The Lead Business Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders to identify new solutions and assists in implementing them on the Salesforce platform. They optimize business processes and lead CRM group meetings to drive business priorities.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Proactively monitoring system operations, the Lead Business Analyst troubleshoots production issues and ensures normal system operation. They also manage user acceptance test planning for critical CRM projects.
- User Experience Improvements: The Lead Business Analyst recommends enhancements to the user experience and strategies to increase system adoption.
- Release Management: They review each new Salesforce release, assess its impact on business processes, and provide status updates to the executive team.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of professional business analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
- Hands on experience with Experience Cloud
- Minimum 4 years consulting industry experience working with external clients
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of iterative development methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of current technologies and complex enterprise level applications.
- Skilled ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
- Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and be able to multi task.
- Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to new situations and challenges.
Preferred skills and education:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Master’s Degree
- Strong understanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applications
- Project management experience
- Scrum or Product Owner certification
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
