We’re hiring a creative, execution-focused Social Media Manager to own strategy, content execution, engagement, and performance across multiple social platforms. This role combines content strategy, storytelling, community management, and analytics to help brands grow visibility, engagement, and measurable business results.
Requirements
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Create and manage structured content calendars across all social platforms
- Define KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, traffic, and conversions
- Identify platform-specific opportunities, trends, and content angles
- Create, write, edit, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop multimedia assets
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions daily
- Respond to followers, inquiries, and customer messages professionally and promptly
- Build audience engagement through proactive interaction and community conversations
- Escalate customer concerns or reputation issues when necessary
- Support and execute paid and organic social campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to improve campaign performance
- Track and analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Partner with marketing, PR, customer support, and leadership teams
- Share audience insights and social feedback to improve campaigns and positioning
- Support broader brand awareness and demand generation initiatives
