This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media. Some of the responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating high-quality content, managing online communities, and analyzing the performance of our content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to the target audience.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Design graphics and visuals using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Edit video content while ensuring it is optimized for performance and engagement.
- Use social media marketing tools to track performance and audience insights.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with light video editing (short form and long form)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
