Weβre hiring a highly organized and execution-focused Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team with CRM management, scheduling, proposal coordination, reporting, and sales operations support.
This is not a sales-closing role.

- Maintain accurate CRM records in:

- Remove duplicates and maintain CRM hygiene
- Ensure clean reporting and pipeline visibility

2. Scheduling & Calendar Coordination
- Schedule:

- Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones
- Manage scheduling using:

- Ensure sales reps are fully prepared before meetings
- Handle reschedules, reminders, and meeting logistics
3. Proposal & Sales Document Support
- Prepare and format:
- Proposals
- Quotes
- Presentations
- Sales documents
- Support RFP/RFI responses using existing templates
- Create polished sales materials using:
- Google Slides
- PowerPoint
- Canva
- Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism
4. Reporting & Pipeline Tracking
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track:
- Pipeline activity
- Conversion metrics
- Sales KPIs
- Maintain reporting accuracy for leadership visibility
- Support dashboard updates and operational reporting
5. Communication & Follow-Ups
- Draft professional:
- Follow-up emails
- Meeting summaries
- Reminder communications
- Support inbound lead routing and coordination
- Ensure no opportunities or follow-ups are missed
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with:

- 1β2 years experience in:
