About the Role
We’re hiring an AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator to operate at the intersection of AI, marketing, content, outreach, events, and creative execution.
This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role.
We are looking for someone who naturally works inside AI tools and treats them as the starting point for execution — not just editing assistance. You should be excited about building workflows, experimenting with emerging tools, automating repetitive tasks, and leveraging AI to dramatically increase speed and output quality.
You’ll work directly with leadership and contribute across nearly every external-facing initiative in the business, including podcasts, conferences, books, websites, landing pages, outreach campaigns, presentations, webinars, social media, and client communications.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, learns independently, and enjoys solving problems without needing step-by-step instruction.
Responsibilities
AI Systems & Workflow Development
- Work daily inside AI tools including Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, and similar emerging platforms
- Build and improve AI-driven workflows, agents, prompts, and operational systems
- Use AI to streamline content creation, research, outreach, design, and internal execution
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Create repeatable systems that help scale marketing and communication output
Content & Social Media Management
- Manage company social media channels end-to-end
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn content for leadership and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain content calendars across platforms
- Repurpose podcast transcripts into social posts, clips, hooks, summaries, and engagement content
- Contribute campaign ideas, content angles, and growth strategies proactively
Podcast Production & Distribution
- Coordinate podcast recording logistics including software, setup, audio, and video
- Edit podcast episodes and prepare them for publishing
- Produce social clips, captions, summaries, and promotional assets from episodes
- Manage the podcast workflow from scheduling through final publication
Cold Outreach & Lead Generation
- Build and manage LinkedIn outreach workflows and automations
- Create and execute cold email campaigns including domain setup and warmup
- Build targeted lead databases using tools like Clay and similar platforms
- Optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign performance using data and experimentation
Creative & Design Execution
- Update and improve website pages and landing pages
- Design postcards, event materials, sales collateral, and conference assets
- Create polished presentations, pitch decks, and branded documents
- Assist with self-publishing projects including Amazon KDP formatting, cover coordination, and logistics
- Use tools like Canva, Claude Design, or equivalent platforms to create high-quality visual assets
Email Marketing & Communication
- Create and distribute newsletters to leads and clients
- Draft professional outbound emails for clients, partners, and prospects
- Support nurture campaigns, follow-up sequences, and sales communication workflows
- Assist with client gifting and relationship management initiatives
Events, Conferences & Webinars
- Coordinate conference logistics, registrations, sponsorships, and deadlines
- Manage vendor communication, booth materials, shipping, and travel coordination
- Build webinar presentations, outlines, and supporting materials
- Support live webinar and event execution as needed
Light Technical Support
- Navigate tools like GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare comfortably
- Handle simple updates including DNS records, configuration changes, and lightweight technical tasks
- Collaborate with developers when deeper technical implementation is required

Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to build workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems using AI tools
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability
- Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, or communication workflows
- Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets
- Comfortable learning and navigating technical platforms and dashboards independently
- Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple concurrent priorities
- Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
- Reliable remote work setup with stable internet connection
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and execution skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in marketing, communications, operations, or content coordination roles
- Podcast editing, production, or audio/video editing experience

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A typical day in this role combines AI workflow management, content production, outreach execution, creative work, and operational coordination.
You may start the day by generating LinkedIn content from podcast transcripts using AI tools, then move into editing podcast clips, launching cold outreach campaigns, updating landing pages, preparing webinar decks, coordinating conference logistics, or building workflow automations to streamline repetitive tasks.
This role is highly dynamic and best suited for someone who enjoys variety, rapid execution, and continuous experimentation.
