The Role:

The Partnership Lead will be responsible for growing Paro’s elite network of Expert Teams and Microfirms (<10 person finance firms). Experts are the bloodline of Paro’s marketplace, and only 2% of applicants make it through our vetting process. You will report directly to the SVP of Operations. This role is directly responsible for the strategy and execution of sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new Teams of Experts (and <10 person finance firms), working closely with Sales, Marketing, Success and Operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective Expert Team acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to understand market demand to ensure the right talent is being acquired for the network
    • Analyze performance metrics and trends to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
  • GTM Execution:
    • Lead our sourcing, attracting, and recruiting of top-tier Microfirm and Expert Team talent for Paro’s marketplace
    • Conduct thorough assessments, including resume screening, interviews, skills assessments, and background checks
    • Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
  • Firm Pipelining and Networking:
    • Proactively build and maintain a strong Expert Microfirm and Team pipeline through networking, industry events, and partnerships
    • Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to attract and retain top Microfirms and Expert Teams
    • Foster relationships with external organizations and professional associations to identify potential firms

How you’ll add value:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience learning, evolving, communicating, and executing in Partnership Sales, Account Management, Talent Acquisition, or Customer Success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with firm leaders and stakeholders
  • Exude confidence while remaining approachable; you will be shaping the Core Talent network and that entails both identifying top performers as well as finding common ground amongst the registrants
  • Ability to work autonomously with a solution focused mindset
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and or CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategies and decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement, translating ambiguous gaps into discrete initiatives, and executing on prioritized roadmaps
