Founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Chad and Alison Paris, we set out to create the kind of workplace we never found as employees - a place rooted in love, not fear. Our team bonds through shared values of gratitude, responsibility, integrity, candor, and empathy (what we call G-RICE). We’ve been remote-first since 2020, which lets us hire talent anywhere and gives our team genuine flexibility. We don’t just talk about culture; we live it through daily collaboration, team retreats, and a commitment to showing up fully for each other.

We exist to help mission-driven organizations fund progress through capital campaign branding. As the only agency solely dedicated to branding fundraising campaigns for nonprofits, we’ve helped our partners raise over $10 billion toward their goals. Our approach is collaborative by design - we co-create alongside our partners, bridging the gap between fundraising counsel and creative execution.
