We are currently seeking a motivated Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our client in their SMS and CRM lead management initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication with leads and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database for enhanced lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing SMS marketing campaigns to engage potential leads.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging for SMS communications.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of SMS campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Respond to incoming leads through SMS and manage follow-up communications.
  • Ensure compliance with SMS marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Work closely with real estate agents to facilitate lead allocation and follow-up processes.
  • Prepare reports on lead management performance for monthly reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing, lead management, or real estate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (experience with systems like HubSpot or similar is a plus) and SMS marketing tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions.
  • Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team player.
  • Knowledge of SMS marketing best practices and compliance regulations.
